VOLUNTEERING

ALL U3A's RELY ON VOLUNTEERS FOR THEIR EXISTENCE

NO one is paid for their services.

When you join Sherbrooke U3A, you will be expected

to volunteer in one form or other, unless a physical disability

                                   prevents you.

THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO VOLUNTEER

Presently for example as a :

                                                      Committee Member

                                                      Tutor / Leader

Office Staff  (currently only a 2 hour duty)

Sub-committee (helping to organise a Special Event)

Jobs such as: delivering leaflets to local libraries etc.

Distribution of the mid term 'News Up-date' to classes.

As Sherbrooke U3A grows, there will be more volunteers needed

                                                      in various capacities.

IF MEMBERS USE U3A AS JUST A " Fee for service group"  THEN THE WHOLE STRUCTURE WILL COLLAPSE
